At American Flag Solarlights, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase of our 8-in-1 Solar American Flag Light Set. If for any reason you are not, we offer a straightforward refund and exchange policy.
1. 30-Day Return Window
You have 30 calendar days from the date your order was delivered to initiate a return for a refund or exchange. After 30 days from the delivery date, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
2. Eligibility for Return
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- In its original packaging.
- Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.
3. How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact our customer service team at support@americanflagsolarlights.com within 30 days of your delivery date.
- Provide your order number and the reason for your return.
- Our team will review your request and, if approved, will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on how to send back your item.
- Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer or without an RMA number, as it will not be processed.
4. Return Shipping Costs
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
5. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
6. Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned:
- Gift cards.
- Personalized or customized items.
- Clearance or final sale items.
- Products that are intimate or sanitary goods (not applicable to our current product line, but listed for general policy completeness).
7. Damaged or Defective Items
We take great care in packaging our 8-in-1 Solar American Flag Light Sets, but sometimes items can be damaged during shipping or may arrive with a manufacturing defect. If you receive a damaged or defective item:
- Please contact us immediately at support@americanflagsolarlights.com within 7 days of delivery.
- Provide your order number and clear photos of the damaged or defective product and its packaging.
- We will offer you a free replacement of the damaged/defective item or a full refund, including original shipping costs, at your preference. We will cover the shipping costs for sending out the replacement.
8. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged (as per section 7). If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@americanflagsolarlights.com to initiate the process.
9. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
