Thank you for shopping at American Flag Solarlights! We are committed to delivering your 8-in-1 Solar American Flag Light Set quickly and efficiently. Please review our shipping policy below.
1. Shipping Costs
We offer a flat rate shipping fee of $8.95 per order for all domestic and international shipments.
2. Processing Time
All orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 1-3 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays) after your order is placed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
3. Domestic Shipping
- Carriers: We primarily use USPS and UPS for domestic shipments within the United States.
- Estimated Delivery Time: Once shipped, domestic orders typically arrive within 5-10 business days.
- Please note that these are estimated delivery times and actual delivery may vary depending on the carrier and destination.
4. International Shipping
- Estimated Delivery Time: International orders typically arrive within 10-25 business days after shipment.
- Customs, Duties, and Taxes: Please be aware that international orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and fees levied by the destination country. These charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost and are the sole responsibility of the buyer. We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information before placing your order.
- Customs Delays: We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing in the destination country.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the progress of your delivery directly on the carrier's website.
6. Shipping Delays
While we strive to ensure timely delivery, American Flag Solarlights is not responsible for shipping delays caused by external factors such as:
- Carrier delays (e.g., USPS, UPS).
- Adverse weather conditions.
- Customs processing delays for international shipments.
- Unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
We appreciate your understanding in such situations.
7. P.O. Box and APO/FPO Addresses
We support shipping to P.O. Box, APO (Army Post Office), and FPO (Fleet Post Office) addresses. Please note that these addresses can only be shipped via USPS.
8. Lost or Damaged Packages
In the rare event that your package is lost or arrives damaged:
- Please contact us at support@americanflagsolarlights.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date for lost packages, or within 7 days of delivery for damaged packages.
- For damaged packages, please include clear photos of the damaged item(s) and the packaging.
- We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate the issue and find a resolution, which may include a replacement or refund.
9. Restricted Countries
We currently do not ship to countries that are subject to U.S. sanctions or trade restrictions. If your country is on this list, your order will be canceled and refunded.
